OT: encore electronics customer service?

Hey sorry for the off topic post, but I know many here probably own an 
Encore UEG or FS. I sent payment a few weeks ago but have not heard 
anything back nor have I received a reply to any emails I have sent. 
Someone on vacation? or is this normal?

not normal.  tony is pretty good about contact.   
i checked out the ordering page again:

"Note: As of October 2005 we use extremely strong SPAM filtering. If you don't
receive some sort of response within a few days of sending us an email, we
probably didn't receive it. Try sending to sales@ or support@ and change the
subject if you had used a word that is typical of triggering a spam filter such
as sale, discount, etc."

Mike,

I've bought several of Tony's MOTM modules and plan to buy at least two more. He's always been prompt and responsive. And his modules are great!

As a service, I've copied him on this message just in case it IS your email address, because I know he's been getting my messages (my last communication with him was just after New Years).

Hi Michael, I'm in the same situation.

I sent payment in April for 1 x MOTM style Frequency Shifter, and have had a hard time getting in contact with Tony since. (Spam filters Grrr)
Although I'm in Australia, I would expect to have received the unit by now?
Hopefully I'll see it soon.

Hi all!

I just sent payment for a Freq Shifter today.  Tony has always replied
quickly and shipped with little delay in the past.  Perhaps he'll
catch this thread as he does follow this list.

Well now!

Just checked my email and found that Tony responded with his usual
elapsed time - less than a day!

Tony was also concerned about letting anyone on the MOTM list with a
back-ordered Frequency Shifter that they will be shipped in the next
week. Good news, I'm sure.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
