If you have an order that has not yet shipped, that was used *BEFORE* the
shopping cart system (the old older form with the drop-down item lists), please
email me with full name and what is owed.

Also, if you were "naughty" and sent in an order (or order change/addition) via
email without using the shopping cart and I have not yet shipped, also email.

I'm going to focus on "The Forgotten Ones" for the next week or so. I did ship
out 14 MOTM orders today, so I made a small dent :)

PLEASE use your REAL FULL NAME when emailing me. Do you people actually expect
me to know who 'Robert" is with email address likesmonkeys@... is
supposed to be? Come on! I have over 700 customers, I can't keep a global DNS
mail server in my head.
