a) for the non-polar electrolytics: there are really 2 ways of saying the same thing. Bi-polar (BP) or non-polar (NP). Some suppliers have BP on the cap, some use NP. b) the color of the cap changed when the RoHS supplies came out. Obviously, the manual was written for lead parts. Rest assured, I send out correct parts. There may be a miscount, but the parts are correct. Paul S.
