I guess I'll ask the obvious question... so... what
MOTM modules does Roger have in his rack?

On the subject of Roger Powell:

Utopia "Singring and the Glass Guitar" from 1977.

Roger's bit starts at about 3.05. Wow.

I saw the fully staged version off that show - pyramid/lasrers/ice guitar - stoned out of
my gourd! Roger was playing the Probe and I think Willie Wilcox had the "Drum Cycle."
Anyway, I remember it being much better performed/rehearsed (not that the youtube
thing was bad). Todd's voice and unique sense of harmony stand the test of time - the
costumes didn't (kinda Earth, Wind & Fire, though). Thanks for pointing it out, Norman -
gotta go, I'm having a flashback... fashblack... lashbafck... .back.flash. fakshblac...
...kcabhsalf!

I used Roger's Texture program as my first MIDI software on my first
PC back in the early 80s. I probably still have some files that I
created on that software that I've since migrated to various editing
programs on various platforms.

It was always rock solid for me, which is more than I can say for the
half-dozen other fancier programs I've used since then ...

Hey, small world - me too! At the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium. Very
inspiring stuff.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
