one sine wave + wavewarper = bass heaven

one sine wave + wavewarper = bass heaven

2006-08-04 by loopcycle

a little friday audio sample...

this is one sin wave into the y-input of the wavewarper
a heavily attenuated lfo is fed to the z-offset
the wavewarper output is fed to a tiny bit of time machine
light modulation applied to the depth of the time machine

no filter! most of the dynamics are the modulated wavewarper!

The great bass sounds in the demos from the MOTM site are what convinced
me I wanted one.

Ironically, the wavewarper module is what convinced me to start building a
MOTM modular. I was still gathering my pennies together, when - guess who
missed out on the last wavewarper? D'oh! :)

I'd certainly buy one - kit or otherwise.

Hopefully Paul is going to get this Panel and Board only thing together
soon.

I believe that there's an obsolete part involved. The 3-way rotary
switch. At least that's Paul's story, and I'm not one to argue.

I somehow managed to get one of the last ones, and it certainly is a
fun little module!
