I will really really really miss the kits. I'm proud to be able to  
claim that damn near every single solder connection in my modular is  
mine.

But, I too respect Paul's decision. I agree with other posters here  
that this plan seems like a pretty graceful way to handle the  
transition.

The MOTM kits were one of the BIG reasons I started back into DIY 
musical electronics.  Not having kits available will put a limit on my 
already small synth budget.  So Paul, if there is anything any of us 
can do to convince you to maybe extend the end of year date, PLEASE 
let us know!

This is a serious kick in the plans for me....
