NOTE: the pictures look like *crap* in this PDF. They look great in the
Publisher file. It's nearly 2AM, I'm too tired to figure it out. This was a very
old Acrobat (V4.0). Maybe I will first output to PostScript, then to Acrobat 6
(on another computer). If anyone has a clue, fill me in.
Look for typos!
