MOTM-440 Knob Help?

I was curious how to install the knob for FM 1 on the MOTM-440 filter kit.

Since it's -5 to 5, where to I set the pot before I put on the knob?

Turn the pot left until it stops. Put the knob on, pointing
to the -5 mark.
