Update-Hurricane Rita!!

Update-Hurricane Rita!!

2005-09-21 by Paul Schreiber

Well, Cat 5 Rita is heading straight on a path through Houston/Austin/Dallas. My
family in Houston is leaving tomorrow and may
have to stay with me until Monday. So, very little MOTM work until next week :(

I am almost finished with the *6 layer* MOTM-650 CPU card. Stupid thing would
not route on 4 layers. But with 6 layers the cost @100pcs is only $3.25 more. Oh
well........ the plan is to release the set for prototypes by Tuesday.

The MOTM995s will ship tomorrow for Friday delivery here. After the storm
passes, I will update the order form for orders.

Received the last shipment of sheet metal today from the local supplier ($3600
worth!). The back-ordered '120s and '420s should all ship early next week as
well as all the '900/'950 kits and the '310 kits. The next batch of rails are
about 10 days away but I ordered 80pr so that should last a while.

You should see pc boards with uBGA parts: .004" lines and .004" spacing.

Paul,

Speaking as someone who just went through Katrina in Baton Rouge, my thoughts are with you and your family.
