CA Jam!  that was a great show.  I was like 16 or 17 when I went to 
that.  If I recall correctly, the show also had and Deep Purple and 
Black Sabbath.  I think there was also Three Dog Night and Black Oak 
Arkansas.  Talk about a diverse lineup.
