So I'm contemplating getting a Nord G2 and was wanting the opinion of this 
esteemed group of synthesists regarding this unit.

I understand the sequencer is very impressive, amongst other things.   I'm 
not a "soft synth" type of guy but this looks like a great combination of 
hardware and software.
