VERY NICE Fluke ***RATIOMETRIC** counter. It has 2 inputs, can calculate the 
ratio of A to B plus with 1sec gate times get you to like .001Hz Guessing new, 
this was about $2000. No bids at $10!!! 19" rack mounted (that you can unrack).
