(Well, except Whoa! I've had the exact opposite impression. (about the attitude, not the quality - with which our opinions are exactly the same). I baggage-checked an SKB with an H3000 inside, and when it arrived on the other side of the flight it was inoperable. This was in Italy and there were no technicians around that were willing to service it (everyone I talked with said that they would have to send it in to Eventide's HQ in New Jersey), so I called Eventide's HQ in New Jersey. They patched me through to a service tech who very patiently and graciously talked me through, over the phone, finding the problem and fixing it! No attitude, a lot of patience, and GREAT customer service. I've called them about some other issues over the years and always found them to be very cool. Maybe you & I spoke with different people... there are bad eggs anywhere, I imagine. But I have to offer a contrasting opinion here: EVENTIDE ROCKS. best, - Scott ____________ http://www.red-noise.com http://www.strawberryplanet.org
