More Holiday (analog) Cheer

More Holiday (analog) Cheer

2004-12-20 by Michael -nil-x

Made 2 more Christmas synthesizer songs. All analog with the exception
of a Nord that does a couple of sounds.
Lot's of MOTM in these all over and lots of Ken Stone's CGS Wave
Multiplier with the bells and lead sounds in Carol of the Bells.

And here's the first song I did earlier in case anyone missed it.

Chip Davis bassline? The whole tune is Chip Davis' arrangement almost note for
note. Perhaps he didn't think anybody would notice. Entertaining
none-the-less.

I actually meshed 3 different versions I found online as midi files I
downloaded and printed out. I have no idea who Chip Davis is. The
sheetmusic I printed from the midifiles had no info at all about the
arrangements. Fortunatly it's something I made for christmas and not for
selling, it's just for fun.

RE: [motm] More Holiday (analog) Cheer

Chip Davis is, essentially, Mannheim Steamroller. His Christmas CDs are
among the best-selling Christmas CDs ever. They're always overplayed,
too.
