Wire types?

Paul, What kind of wire do you use on the MOTM modules? I've found RG174/U referenced for the jacks, but no reference to the pot wiring. I ended up getting three spools of Alpha 3051 22AWG stranded hookup wire but I was curious what you use. Thanks! --mikes
