I am posting Terje's private reply. I don't think he will mind. I thought it would be of interest to several people on the list. TBH, I didn't even know what the book was about. I second this. Don't waste your money. It's nothing like the original Formant books, which certainly are classics. (Back then, the Formant inspired my own first experiments in music electronics.)
