MOTM microtuning demo

MOTM microtuning demo

2004-09-14 by Paul Schreiber

4-simple voices ( single VCO>>VCF>>VCA) in a harmonic series tuning. The 2 lower
notes use the MOTM-440 VCF, the 2 upper use the MOTM-490 VCF. The microtuning
tables are stored in the MOTM-650 4-channel MIDI-CV (prototype) and the
"sequences" are played using the built-in dual arpeggiators in a 3/2 ratio.
Slight echo/delay effects in the 02R96 recorder. Recorded live, 4 tracks (1 per
note/voice). Up to 16 tuning tables can be loaded in at once into the '650 via
MIDI Tuning Dump.

You can hear how the notes are 'bunched up' at the top frequencies, then spread
out as the notes are lower in pitch.

Oh, that's nice!!
You're now to blame that I've to re-read all the postings about the
650 and that I'm reconsidering incorporating MIDI ;-P
(and I still hate MIDI).

I can't tell you how much I like this music. Wow. And it doesn't
really remind me of B&B at all...Robert's the man.
