Old MOTM-900-PCB - should I add capacitors?

I have the old MOTM-900-PCB power distribution board (haven't used it
yet). Should I add capacitors to this like the new boards?

Any other mods I should make?

Not unless the wires from the power supply to the pc board are more than 20
inches long.
