MOTM

I am finally acquiring a bench power supply!  I want to build an MOTM power
adaptor (possibly distribution) board.  At a minimum I want 2 standard
connectors:  one for classic +/-15V and one for the new +/-15V, +5V.  The power
supply has standard nanner jacks.

Do I need to add any caps or ferrite beads (or anything else) between the power
supply and the connectors?

Suggestions on how to build?  Pics from anyone else who has done this?
