I am now going through all the e-mail messages, and sending out invoices for
those that wanted to purchase their duplicate cables.  Once I have that
completely accounted for (so I know what extras are available), I will start
down the list of  those who wanted extras.  I hope that will be very soon.

If you elected to purchase all your duplicate cable AND, you are wanting
extras, you will still get an invoice for the duplicates without any extras
on it.  Just sit on that invoice until I get around to the extras and we
will combine them.  I'm sorry if that might be confusing, but I have to
organize it somehow so I meet everyone's wishes and don't completely confuse
myself in this pile of 400+ cables.
