PCB mounting bracket line expanded

PCB mounting bracket line expanded

2003-11-24 by J. Larry Hendry

Many of you have asked for PCB mounting brackets that will accommodate jack
only module PCB mounting. Others have requested brackets that cal be used
on grid layouts varied from the normal MOTM spacing. I am pleased to
announce the availability of "modular" brackets. You choose the parts you
need to construct the mounting bracket to meet your PCB needs.

I know the prices will look strange. I did the best I could to deliver a
good value. My metal shop has changed their estimating procedure. All new
parts are subject to this new pricing structure. However, they will
continue to sell me old designs at the old price. So, I pay more for these
new small brackets than I do for the big honkin' 4 pot long bracket. I
makes absolutely no sense to me. But, that is the way of the world. To
keep the products in line with good Stooge value, I have lowered my margin
on the modular parts AND, I offer a $1.50 discount if you buy all 3 parts
needed to make a full mounting bracket.

As always, thanks so much to all my customers.
