Price changes - order form
2003-06-15 by Paul Schreiber
I have uploaded the price changes to the order page. I am now in the process of updating the prices on each module page. This will take about 2 1/2 hours. Tomorrow is New Catalog Day. If you want to "browse" the order form (without submitting) you can check out the pricing. Major changes are: a) I bombed the price of the MOTM breadboards. I myself go direct-to-pcb layout for prototypes, and I want to get rid of these for $1 profit. b) for kits: the '320 and '700 went *down*, about 50% stayed the same and the rest went up slightly (like $10). This is to cover royalties paid and for hiring a 3rd party to kit up the resistors and caps. c) for assembled: most kits went up $10 to $20, still less than 10%. Again, royalties are paid on assembled, too! d) no price change in shipping, rails, or blank panels except the 3U blank is no longer available. Most of this "new income" I will never see: it goes straight to other fine folks. In the past, I have paid this "out of pocket", but after 5 years I think it's fair to move the burden onto other shoulders :) OK, starting to process the individual HTML files for each module........
