[motm] OT but urgent : Paul i am unable to contact you !!! What's happen ?

2003-06-02 by Marc Bareille

Hello all,

It is a probably a very strange email to introduce myself to the MOTM group , but it is an urgent
situation too ... I am triying to join Paul S. by email , since Friday nigth and i get only '
undelivered messages..." with the mention that the reception server has rejected my email ...

In fact all email i send to Paul from my "wanadoo.fr" internet connection are rejected by the
airmail.net server ... I have checked this , and it seem they want to eradicate spammers on this
server . Basicaly a good idea , i understand very well as i am myself a spam victim ( due to my
web site too) , but did this provider figure himself that there are people who are not spammer at
all, who simply want to contact other people and who are badly locked by this weird anti abuse
methods : may be worst than the spam problem itself ...If every email coming from "Wanadoo.fr "
has been locked , airmail.net webmasters have just locked the biggest French provider : well done
:-(((

So Paul , i hope you will be able to read me from the MOTM group now , so can you give me an
alternative email box where i can send you messages whitout beiing ejected by the airmail.net
server and their crazy anti-abuse protection ! I am not a spammer ...

Well sorry for this off-topic email , but i hope you will all understand the situation where i am
now , having ordered to Paul , but unable to communicate with him ! It is the first time i am in
this kind of situation ...

Best regards ,

Marc B.
