Boy am I confused.  This text must have been copied and pasted from somewhere, 
but this is the first occurance I've seen of it.  Is this list dropping 
messages again?

No, it was my bad.  I hit send before making sure the To: was to the 
group.  This went to Paul directly instead.  I asked him to forward 
the message rather than retype it.  It's not bogus, just my mistake!

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
