I wasn't clear in my list -- the second and third supplies ARE three output:
5v, +15v, and -15v. That's why I listed them

No problem :)  You were clear enough, I just wondered how new they were.

However I just checked their website, and I do not see any 
inexpensive 5v, +15v, and -15v linear supplies.  You do not want a 
switching supply for MOTM.
