Greetings all!

Perhaps the more keyboard oriented could point me in the right
direction.  I would like an 8 (or so) in-two out line mixer with an
effects loop or two,pan pot, no EQ and, most importantly, good quality
sound.

Any suggestions?

Carvin makes a very nice one: Studio Mate SM162.  I use it, I love

I'm using multiple Rane SM82 mixers for my setup; they have no EQ to color 
the sound and have a true stereo effects send which is rare:

And, these are eight STEREO inputs in a single rack space.  Great stuff!

Remember, just because those EQ knobs on a mixer are in the center-detent 
position doesn't mean that the EQ circuitry is out of the signal path.
