Patents are another way to protect your designs (Moog filter, Yamaha FM, etc). Many folks on this
list soon be able to benefit from this patent:

What impressed me the most about this is that:

a) the abstract uses the word "ambulation".
b) prior art is cited to 1912.

There is a claim that "audio entertainment devices" can be added to the basic design, so I don't
know if I can add a synth in there without facing legal action :)

Presumably 'levity' flow increases as 'substance' consumption 
increases, in a clever positive feedback scheme.  Feedback is 
controlled by the wearer falling on his/her face and smashing the 
keg...
