You should blow off Mouser and order from Allied. Better price, AND 
after buying several hundred jacks, I've had no issues with missing 
dress washers or nuts.

The last time I received Switchcraft 112A sockets from Mouser
they included smaller washers and nuts than previously 'standard'.
Has anyone else had this experience?

Ditto.  I got mine from Allied too last time (got 250 of them).  I am just
getting to the bottom of the bag and find that I have just a few extra nuts
and washers.  But, Mouser is one of my favorite spots for most everything
else. :)
