[motm] Lore(exceprt).mp3 (is it MOTM related?)

2002-09-24 by elhardt@att.net

I've been cleaning up my harddrive and I have one MP3 file that I like and want
to keep, but I can't identify it with any artist. It's called Lore
(excerpt).mp3. It's been in the back of my mind that I got it off the synthtech
site long ago, but I don't see it there now. Maybe it came from elsewhere and
doesn't even use the MOTM in it and I'm wrong altogether. Is anybody else
familiar with the name or know who did it?

And while we're on the subject I might as well ask just incase I get lucky.
Well over two years ago I downloaded a couple of short mp3's for some album.
The names of the songs are "Don't Count" and "Private Circles". I came across
them when a Digital Hell member directed people to his site, and this site was
related to or linked from it in some way. If anybody knows these pieces, the
website where they came from, the name of the album, or anything related to
them, please let me know. Thanks.

I wish I were better organized.

Hi Kenneth,
I "Googled" "Don't Count" and "Private Circles" and it came up with a link
to Eric Framptom's website:

http://www.ericframpton.com/audio.html

I seem to recall seeing the mp3 "Lore" somewhere, but I couldn't find it on
my hard drive.

AH!! I found it... It's Paul Nagle:

 Take care,
 Andrew

Thanks for the responses. That's odd though. I didn't think it had anything to
do with Paul Nagel. I have other short samples of his stuff. I may have to
download "Lore" from his site and see if it is the same one.

I had previously searched for the other two on the internet and got nothing.
Wonder why not. Thanks for finding those too.
