This is a *mistake* in the wire in the shipped MOTM-380 kits.
The wire set for SINE C is TOO SHORT.
You have 2 options:
a) ask me to send you the correct wire
b) hunt up 3 pieces of wire (needs to be about 2 1/2" long per piece) and use in place of
provided wire
Well, there goes my Saturday............

I wouldn't think so. You do such an excellent job of putting those kits
with upteen million (well, I guess slightly less) parts together that this
is just a very minor glitch. My prediction interval on receiving
the total of appropriate parts that I need with proper documentation in a
MOTM kit is quite narrow with a high confidence level (yes, statistician
speak).

They are short
the 380 was my first kit and i used the wires that came with it
i just turned the switchcraft jack a little and i was able to solder
all three wires.
A little tight but it works
Paul what gauge wire is it ?
This way i can have some around for future modules

Clever! OK, everyone has option #3 :)

22ga. 24ga is also OK. Don't get 20ga, as the pcb holes are too small for 20ga. to fit into.

Hello Jan and welcome to the list. For those considering hook up wire
purchases, I have found the 100 foot rolls in various colors at All
Electronics to be very nice and about half the price of Mouser and the
likes.
