Module #3000!

Module #3000!

2002-03-29 by Paul Schreiber

Shipping out tomorrow module #3000! It's a MOTM-830 Mixer to Celeste, for her birthday ironically
enough. She also gets a signed copy of "Outpost" as a thank you.

Thanks to everyone waiting for me to ship your orders. I'm afraid to look at the backlog, it's
probably over 150 (kits and assembled). I have concentrated this last week on assembled orders,
and tomorrow I'm shipping out 22 assembled modules to 7 different folks. Needless to say, time
for a little break.

Very few modules will ship until around April 15th. After the Easter break, I need to kit back
up. I'm pretty much wiped out. No complaints :) So everyone enjoy the next 2 weeks. I'll get back
in the saddle shortly, with a flurry of shipments of the new NAMM modules and the infamous '130
Dual VCA.

Even though it doesn't seem like it for some reason, I shipped 288 modules since Jan. 1. Other
companies can outship me, but IMHO no one has yet to even come close to MOTM in terms of
performance, build quality and overall satisfaction. It just occurred to me that there have been
ZERO field failures so far. Not counting chips in backwards, reversed home-made power supplies,
etc. I feel pretty good about that.

Well, signing off. I got Pat Metheny tickets for tomorrow night. To quote Mike Marsh: WOOO
HOOO!!!

No doubt. Paul, this stuff is worth waiting for. Well,
maybe we have been waiting a little too long for the
MOTM-130 <snicker>

Honestly, I do not see how you turn out so much product
for the most part completely on your own.

Respectfully,
Stooge Larry

Hey Larry, I'm not sure, but I think Paul just called us stoopid!

Congratulations Paul! The next 3000 should be a piece of cake, right?
