New MiniMoe page up

2002-03-20 by mate_stubb

Folks,

The MiniMoe sequencer project page has been updated. All designs not
under consideration have been removed. The very compact 2U and 3U
systems have been extensively revised, and are now dubbed "MicroMoe".

Thanks to all who gave feedback in the last cycle. I feel that
several of the modules are pretty close to where they need to be, and
I'm moving on to actual design work on the MicroMoes.

I second that motion. How can we make this into a drum sequencer without
one? I need it in conjunction the way I personally plan to use a sequencer.

Temporarily removed until it gets a makeover.

Question about this:

"When in REV position, a rising edge on the REVERSE jack causes the
sequence to reverse direction and keep going even after the pulse is
removed. A second pulse reverses the direction again."

How does one specify the starting direction? Do you first select UP
or DOWN and then switch it to REV?

Yes. You start your module in a known state by setting the direction
explicitly with the switch. If I had more panel space, I'd probably
put a separate UP jack and DOWN jack.
