a) all module pages in place with proper graphics and text (audio demos not linked yet)

b) added the FAQ page, the General Info page, and the Artist page. These need more work, but they
are in place.

c) News page and Demo page in place (contents are just placeholders)

Main things left to do:

1) update catalog
2) get Main Page up and looking good with all links functional
3) get ORDER tag linked up (duh!)

Fixed known issues with Netscape 4.7 and AOL crashes. Please feel free to "test drive" the site
all you want and report any "funny business". If anyone uses the OPERA browser, please test it as
well.
