Buying them separately gives you more power now and more flexibility for future upgrades. 2. You really need to consider what audio+midi software you'll be using. Cubase, Logic, Digital Performer, Pro Tools, something else? 3. Wait until the weekend to see what is released at NAMM. There are some very cool products coming out.
