For DC and LFO speed type waveforms, you can do these functions with an
existing 1U MOTM module -  the pedal interface.  DC / LFO signal input # 1 =
pedal jack with reversing attenuator +/- 5 on input.  Separate input #2 is
DC / LFO input "MIX" with non-reversing attenuator.  Built in bias control =
+/- 2.5 volts.

For the LFO triangle conversion below - tri LFO signal to pedal jack, adjust
attenuator to -2.5 to scale wave to 50% and invert.  Adjust bias control to
+2.5 to bias to +5/0.

The drawback is the chip selection in the pedal interface is not AC audio
frequency friendly.  You could build your pedal interface with TL072s
instead to make it more audio frequency friendly.  Send me the spare 1013s.

So, use # 43 for pedal interface = 2 input mixer with built in bias and one
of the input attenuators as reversing one non-inverting.

we can both invert, scale, and bias in one go (in that order).
Something that comes up all too often, for me, is the need to invert
a triangle, then scale it from +5/-5 to +5/0.

Thanks Larry, you're a good salesman. I'll be putting a pedal 
interface on my next order. Do you get a percentage on those?

It is Paul's policy to pay a royalty for designs used for MOTM modules.
However, I asked Paul NOT to pay me for this one for a variety of reasons.

1.  The cool features were added by Paul
2.  He could have designed it in his sleep.

My only claim to fame on the module really is the input circuit design that
lets you put either type of pot connection OR a CV / LFO into the pedal
input jack.

Perhaps I will collect royalty on the joystick interface. While a joystick
interface could be VERY simple, this one will be special.  Did I mention 17
LEDs?  <snicker>
