Here's something I'm wondering: is there a "fancy" replacement for the
TL074? Is there a Burr-Brown replacement or maybe another TI chip with
better specs?

The question is: Why do you need better?

This subject is an endless COW (can of worms...).

If you are concerned about offset in critical DC circuits but still want
good audio specs such as noise and slew rate, you can get the TL054.
