Todd,

Where are you at with the OMS-410 kits? At this point I am ready to ask you 
to send "the parts you do have" and let me find the rest on my own. I am 
very frustrated with the time this has/is taking you to get these out and 
your lack of updates or communication in the meantime. On good faith I, 
among others, sent you payment in full and have received no kit as of yet. 
You have had the money, panels and pcbs for more than enough time to ship 
these out and I for sure would like to see or hear about mine soon. Thanks 
for your comments and response,

Has anyone who ordered a kit from this guy received anything at all 
from him? Did we all get suckered into sending him our $. Anyone 
interested in taking some legal action?

Todd, If you read this, I want my money back NOW or send me what you 
have of the kit I ordered from you !!!

I WILL pursue legal action soon If I don't get some kind of response 
from you by December 1.
