Does anyone have or know of the existance of a Korg MS50 service manual? I have the schematics, but am looking for any other service documantation.

He's showing an Operations/Service Manual for the MS-50.  I've dealt with Mark in the past and he is great!

I'll second the recommendation for Mark's manuals service.  And add 
that the MS-20 operations manual includes calibration procedures, so 
I would assume that the same would hold true for the MS-50 operations 
manual.  However, it's probably (again, judging by the MS-20) NOT a 
comprehensive troubleshooting guide, but a set of procedures for 
tuning oscillators and filters, trimming EG times, etc.

50 to bleed all over the place)
