Moe's case project - progress report

2001-02-28 by mate_stubb@yahoo.com

My case project is finally moving forward after a long series of
delays, including the purchasing of a big bucks shop vacuum / air
cleaning system (the helpful Lowe's tool guys had my wife convinced I
was going to blow up the house with my sawdust).

I have all the pieces for 2 cases cut, and had my first successful
experiment routing biscuits in a mitered joint.

Wanna see a pile of wood?

Look here<LOL>!

BTW, those aren't vertical stripes on the side pieces, they are
another side piece behind the front one (two pairs of sides).

I thought to myself, why do you need two pairs of sides? Then I realized
they must be rib sections so you can also make your modular c-shaped when
viewed from the top. Or how about this, the modular is c-shaped vertically
but o-shaped when viewed from above so that you sit with the modular totally
circling around you.

Er, no - just 2 separate complete cases...
