.......my scope and tuner permantly.  Is there a krafty (pun
intended) way of doing this without using a mult for my VCA
?

Maybe a Y cord or two? Maybe make your own custom cord with several ends? 

BTW, I wouldn't run my (chromatic) tuner out of my VCA. I have a dedicated 
cord long enough to reach all the VCOs (and VCFs if needed), and just leave 
that cord dangling from the tuner input jack until I want to check a 
particular VCO, then use one of the open outputs on the VCO (preferably a 
sine or tri). One advantage of this is that you can fine tune the VCOs (if 
you're careful) without having to listen to them. 

For non-critical visual fun, I guess I'd use a Y cord to do a similar thing 
with a scope, once I figured out what I wanted to look at.
