Jim,

when this sort of thing has happened to me, I have found one of my MOTM module power
connectors not correctly lined up. Inspect them and/or remove the modules one by
one until it works right. I had exactly the same behavior from my 320 when this
happened on another module.

You should have enough power with 13 modules. Did you unplug individual
modules and reconnect them, or add any new modules since you last had it
running? The no led syndrome is typically something pulling the +15v
down. Check to make sure no cables have been installed backwards. It's
hard to do, but not impossible. If you find nothing, unplug all the
modules, then one by one, plug them back in again, starting with the
320. When you plug in a module and the 320 led stops working, chances are
that's the power cable or module pulling the system down.

MOTM Help?

2001-02-25 by bigd@buffalo.com

I replugged my MOTM system in tonight, after unplugging
everything, and taking into another room while painting.
After replugging everything in tonite, my 320 LED does not
oscillate from red to green, and just stays red, also my two
LED modded 800 EG's are not working? I recently added a few
new modules, could I not have enough power form my 900 PS
for everthing? I have a total now of 13 modules now off of
1 900 (and one extender cables).
Thx for any help in advance.

Well I had added 3 modules recently Dave : ), but as soon as I disconnected
my extender board from the 900 PS, the 800EG's amd 320 kicked in. So my
probelm must be with too many modules plugged into the extender board (from
the 900), or one of the modules plugged into that extender. A little
experimenting should tell me more.
Thx Dave .H and Eric,
Jim
