Website tweaks/Update
2001-02-23 by Paul Schreiber
1) The '101 page really *is* the '101 page :) 2) New graphics on the page select buttons (thanks Ken). Note: you will probably have to flush your browser's cache/temp Internet files to make the old buttons "go away". Pounding on reload under Internet Exploder didn't get it done for me. But what do I know? Next, as time permits, the '820 gets it's own page. And the Artist Profile page goes up. 3) Say hello to new tech helper Jeremy. He joins Shane in helping with the kitting and assembly. This week , they have concentrated on the assembled module backlog (a record 63 modules at one point!) and next week more towards kitting, while I get some quality R&D time. Before taxes hit (mine are due March 15th, not April 15th). Taxes take me about 25 hours to prepare before the CPA barfs all over them. When I go over there, he greets me with, "This year, I'm taking the family to Tahiti!". I am not amused. 4) Interest after the EM review is good. Not great, but still early yet. Website hits definitely up. I had to move files off my server, lest I get fined for going over my transfer limit. Thanks to baldbastard for hosting the files. 5) Even though it seems slow to me in terms of reducing backlog (and probably even slower to you!) I hit 100 modules shipped since Jan. 11th. It is looking like module # 2000 (free, of course!) will go out by May 1. 6) Look for interesting item(s) in your boxes when you order. I will start sending out NAMM brochures and other nick-nacks.
