I don't know what the rules are about sending files to the list.  Some people 
don't like it.  But I think Larry Hendry is going to put it up on his site 
and then post a link to the list so people can go there and get it.  I'm sure 
he will let us know as soon as he does that.

Yep.  I am uploading it now.  I also did a conversion
to MS Word and also to  plain text so those who
don't do MS-stuff can read it.
