MOTM

Hi there,

I'll like to drop in my two cents regarding market need, the one who started
it all, ...

Looking at my current setup, which is roughly 160 MOTM U of modules, there
are nearly all MOTM's ( I've been one of first customers of Paul ), quite a
lot of Oakley, some Blacet and the by far largets number are rebuilds (
front, pots, jacks ) of my design effort during the Electronotes & Formant
era.

Btw - I  could afford to wait for a VC LAG but not for a signal mixer.
Therefore I designed my own ( even with PCB's made for me ). But, I did buy
some of  Tonys as they were available because they do behave different. Why
shouldn't I buy one of Paul's ? I do expect some very special functionality
...

I do really like to have the possiblity to choose from - quality as well as
functionality are arguments to drive my decision !

And, Paul did set standards ( like the module power connector, the form
factor ) which others do follow. And some others don't ;-)

I think that there's space for everybody !
