Please let me apologize for crossposting this.  It regards someone who
was well regarded and appeared in the first volume of Vintage synths as
a reputable trader who is not living up to his former reputation.

There are a number of members of each of these lists who have purchased
merchandise from Louis Newman of Media Sonics and Discreet Audio in
Denver Co.  in the past year and received nothing.

If there are any other of you out there who find themselves in a similar
situation please get in contact with us if you wish totry to get your
merchandise or your money back.

We think we have found someone who may be moving to his area who may be
willing to collect our powers of attorney and either file small claim,
local criminal complaint / charges concominant with Federal mail fraud
and wire fraud investigations if we can initiate those.

Any of you who are friends with this man should let hin know that we are
hurt and angry, that he has caused us personal and professional problems
and that he simply has to make good on ALL of his commitments before he
will be forgiven and left alone.

It pains  me to write this, many of us had fair dealing with Lou Newman
in the past and a confused why he is taking our hard earned money and
basically ripping us off.  

 Make amends Lou please , or something dreadful is going to happen.
