hello all hny and all that so i thought i'd kick off the new year with a module suggestion: how's about a simple arpegiator..? yep i know i can string one together with an lfo, clock divider and sample & hold - and quite soon even better results would be achievable with the addition of a pair of 831s (or was it 821s) and a #700 anyway, i'm lazy that way, if there were some serious thought on this, my spec would be something like: 1u (keep it simple) pic based i suppose external clock in gate & cv out internal clock, nice led, 12 pole arp selector switch (or 8 or 4 or whatever) internal lfo rate control tune control (or maybe a "fine" pot, and a "course" switch in semitone steps and lose the led) and what would be nice, would be a "variation" feature controlled by a second gate, with say 12 selectable variations any thoughts anyone, paul..? cheers paul b (ducking... ...now)
