Three manuals, Big spring reverb tank, free-phase oscillators etc. Cranked up, the floor shook and the windows rattled! What I thought were two low benches were actually bass cabinets! He'd bulti EVERYTHING, including the beautiful wurlitzer- style wood cabinet, and had even engraved the tabs. He also showed me the beautiful violins he makes, his workshop, in the eaves of his bungalow house, and so on. Like a lot of old folks he was really cool! I hope I'll be like that.
