Got my Dark Star a couple of weeks ago w/panels, knobs, 1/8" jacks, 
which will go in spare parts dept.Need to clean up around here before I 
can take some time to assemble. I was going to ask Dave (Moe) what he 
thought of using the supplied IC sockets, since I see them in the pixs 
on his web site, but I'll toss the question out to the list. I think I 
know what Paul S. will say, tho ;-)
