The Switchcraft jacks I ordered from Mouser came
with the dress washers... Could it be that your supplier forgot to include your
washers??? I found star lock washers at Home Depot in their wall of odds, ends,
nuts and bolts... They were loose stocked in one of little drawers and they were
cheap....
