How about incorporating the new ring mod (eventually) into a "Utility" module containing things like attenuators, inverters, rectifiers etc, etc... would be a useful module no doubt.. Oh man, I can't wait for the VCA/panner module! yayayayayay yay! panning! Don't you just love it when Paul drops these little bits of up and coming module info on us!? www.markertek.com for switchcraft plugs at 1.70 each.. cheapest I can find.. Mouser has Gotham DGS-1 audio cable for cheap when you buy 15meters or more in black, red and blue, nice and rubbery and flexible, stranded shied makes for easier construction. I currently have 22 3 foot patch cords for my two space rack width system. Same amount of modules in an SKB case. This is way enough. I can use em all on one patch if I really go nuts, but I never run out just casually patching. Next step will be to make up some 1 footers and 5 footers to join to my second rack. I have one (2u) open space left in my current rack(TimeMachine gets that spot) and then the second rack will be born. later, ~Steve
